Queenswaypoint.com is launched.

This web site will be a unique one. This is a unique site, not because of the design, lay out or the technology behind. The story of the Queensway Point is enough to make this site unique.

Probably this is the first website for any Residential Apartment Complex in Kerala,owned by the apartment owners.

Queensway Point is a Residential Apartment Complex of forty apartments situated near Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram.

Kowdiar has got a special status in Thiruvananthapuram. This is the area from where “Kowdiar Kottaram” is towering over the city of "Ananthapuri". Ananthapuri was ruled by the King of "Thiruvithamkoor" from the Kowdiar Palace for a long time

Kowdiar and its nearby locations like Kuravankonam, Pattom etc changed a lot during the last decade.

Thiruvananthpuram it self changed a lot.The old relatively  wide and  empty roads are replaced by  congested narrow streets now. We do not see any green city buses and the double decker buses……

The city is growing day by day. Multi storied apartments are seen all around the city.

Queensway Point is one such Apartment complex situated in Kowdiar – Kuravankonam road.
